While I will continue to use Mark's Applicance, I had a couple of small hiiccups when I purchased 3 applicance this year. I did feel some pressure when purchasing, and the sales person told me 3 things he was going to do that he did not follow through with. Now I'm having a trouble with a minor repair, but I have confidence that it will get resolved. By the way--beautiful showroom!
