We had to replace a Oven & Microwave matched set through our homeowner's insurance. After discussing the issue with Paula from Sales and Mark from service, we discovered that we gave the wrong part number (microwave only) to our homeowner's insurance company. Once we gave them the correct part number (matched set), we were able to order replacement items. Paula worked with us every set of the way as we had to have our kitchen cabinets worked prior to installation of the new appliances. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Mark's Appliance - from Sale to Service to Installation. Very highly recommend Mark's Appliance.
