Walked into the store in search of a dryer part, of which the part had been discontinued. As I started to leave, Kevin Wallace inquired about my situation and asked if he could do a little more research. After a short and informative discussion he offered a refurbished dryer unit at a remarkable discount which I took into consideration and informed him I would share the info with my wife. Long story short, my wife reluctantly advised me of her desire to have a new matching set so together we returned to store. After an informative education of various makes and models, a new matching set of units will be delivered and installed in the next few days. Thanks for all the help!
