We have used Mark's Appliance for repairs on our kitchen appliances for at least the past ten years; We keep returning because we have always been extremely pleased with the quality of service from the repairman and the business. Service technicians have reliable and helpful. Chad, the latest repairman (who has been here before) provides excellent service with great explanation of the problems and helpful advice on appliance care. He gets an A+ for being a good listener and communicator. Thanks to everyone at Mark's.
