Overall the service was very personal and helpful but as many companies fail is the simple belief that "click and go" is easy. Maybe it is for youngsters but for the older generation it provides too little information on "How to do it" and we find it very confusing - more detailed instructions would be helpful and time saving and much less frustrating!!
