Made a claim since 4th November and till date, this insurance can't even get synetiq, to pick up my car. My car has been sitting at the garage for the past 4weeks! And guess what? I'll be charged another insurance fee today! I have called, been on live chat, sent Emails, nothing has been actioned! Oh did I mention, that the insurance doesnt have a direct phone number, it's only live chat or Email! The calls are to Motor repair network, their partner, who is the most inefficient! Their staff literally told me I couldn't speak with a manager! This inefficiency is beyond ridiculous and frustrating! You are fine until you make a claim! Don't even bother with this insurance!!
