Very disappointed, it is 29 days since I started my claim, no repair started, it looks like they are trying to push me to cancel my claim.
I started my claim on Jan 23, it takes them 2 weeks to find garage 35 mike from my address, even the garage refused my car as they are full, I booked with a local garage, then it take them another two weeks before they start to assess my repair assessment , tell today they did not do anything, they did not provide courtesy car.
I strongly do not recommend this company, they are very nice untill you start your claim
