This company refused to continue cover on the car I was selling for the 2 weeks it took to sell. I had bought a new car and they moved my current policy to the new car when they could have given me a separate policy for the new car. It meant my car was uninsured which could have been disastrous.
They doubled my premium this year despite no claims. I spent ages on their awful ‘chat’ which eventually cancelled my renewal. No confirmation was sent to me. They have now renewed the policy and want to charge me £30 to cancel!!!!!
