Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Communication is terrible and caused me so much stress when I had to make a claim. The claim went on for months, then received threats of charges over 11k pounds for the courtesy car I was provided and used for 1 month. The car was written off, so I cancelled my policy and was told my payments would stop. Four months after cancelation and they are still taking money from my bank account, and then proceeded to renew the policy on the car that was written off. This has resulted in the payments for the new policy doubling even after I cancelled my policy, the car doesn't exist now and I told the company not to renew.
