Actually making a claim - left me in the dark alone literally and metaphorically.
5 months to repair my car
Complained / went to financial ombudsman but can’t progress as they are not registered in the UK . Thought I’d left all of that behind me in 2021 …. However I’m now being taken to court as marshmallow haven’t paid to settle my claim now in 2023 . Please do not use them
