They activated two policies at once, charged me for both and also charged a cancellation fee once I requested one be cancelled. Online chat ensured I would not be charged a cancellation fee and would be refunded for the deposit on the invalid second policy, but it was all charged anyway. Terrible customer service, feeling completely scammed. DO NOT USE MARSHMALLOW, they online have online chat customer service and it's impossible to get replies that solve the issue.
