AVOID THIESE AT ALL COSTS. I’ve been waiting for them to pay my lease company since my car was hit whilst it was parked up since June. In the meantime I’m still having to pay my monthly lease on a car I don’t have. Trying to speak to anyone is impossible and every time you email them they ask you for the same information even though they have a reference number. They employ severe delay tactics to pay out so if you’re wanting car insurance that will pay out after an accident that wasn’t your fault then do not give Marshmallow your money. Totally unprofessional. I’m complaining to the ombudsman tomorrow.
