Avoid. Very negative experience after driving without any accidents for 4+ years. I had a minor accident, and asked for in lieu payment for the damage, because their claims team wanted to take my car away, although it was only a minor damage and I needed my car to drive around, without having to wait for days until they finally provide me with a courtesy car. It has now been more than a month and I still have not received anything. My last email went unanswered for 11 days. We buy car insurance for exactly moments like this - when we had an accident and we want for things to be covered. Well, not with Marshmallow. My friend also had a similar experience. Waited for ages.
