The card received had an error with the spelling and when highlighting this I really did not need all the justification around the reasons why mistakes happen and comparisons drawn etc. When you are purchasing something that is of a higher value then things really need to be carefully checked and considered. Yes, they did send out another wheel but why not just send out another card rather than having your customer having to prize apart and then replace the wheel with the correctly written one? No mention of anything else other than just a replacement wheel so like for like even though the fault lay with the company. The product itself in terms of the card was good and the pen was pretty tacky and hence the 3 stars as on this occasion due to the way in which the matter was dealt with for a higher end product and could have been better if you want to keep your customer base loyal.
