“My items arrived and were as expected. I am a repeat customer. However my parcel which was handed over to me by the postman at my door was quite soggy. The dampness had sadly seeped through onto my stationery and it was somewhat spoiled. One item had been purchased for a gift which was unfortunate. The items are lovely and excellent quality but I am saddened and disappointed in the way they arrived.”

“Normally really good but last notebook I ordered wasn't as good quality - cover was misaligned and embossing not as deep as usual. I did email customer service first but they essentially said I just need to move the cover and that the embossing doesn't show up as well on Teal, but obviously I tried moving the cover and it didn't align - I wouldn't have emailed them if it was easily fixable, and the embossing is clearly less deep than my other notebooks. It's a shame because they're normally super high quality but this one was a bit of a dud.”

“Love the personalised A5 vegan leather notebook. Excellent quality . Purchased as a gift , I will treat myself to one, so pleased with it. The gift box is well worth the price. Easy to use website & delivery was very quick”

“Our wedding planning book is beyond beautiful, we love everything about it. We ordered the pen and pen clip, which tie everything together. We are really happy we chose Martha Brook to journal and document our journey. This book is timeless, and we know that in the years to come it will still stand the test of time. We did have a few issues with the dividers during delivery, however, Chris was super responsive and made sure the issues were fixed as soon as possible. The service we received from Chris was very good, and his sincere apology meant a lot to us. I would 100% recommend Martha Brook to any future bride and groom.”
