The Advent calendar was a huge disappointment - I expected to see what was shown on Instagram and there was a serious lack of items!! Bits of printed cards, cheap stickers, bookmarks without tassels, very unhappy with the product and irritated with myself for purchasing this disaster of a gift..

Package was lost, I had to contact the post office, write 3-4 times to ask for a solution. Many explanations and delay in delivery. Much wasted time. I didn't find the quality advent calendar, pens broken after very little use, same pattern on everything otherwise not very Christmassy, ​​notes, cards, bookmarks all identical. Boring and cheap without any particular research, apart from 3-4 pieces. Disappointing (for me).

I ordered replacement pads for a desk top note pad - the price point was absolutely ridiculous. It was £7 for about 100 holepunched a5 pages - complete mick take - to the point where it genuinely really annoyed me

These are the same as the ones that arrive with the vegan leather desk pad and are made from the highest quality paper. They are also perforated at the top too, making this easy to rip without damaging other pages. If your order was within the last 30 days, the item is unused and in perfect condition, you are welcome to return the refill to us for a refund, as per our returns policy. Poor quality of the picture displayed at the book cover. Very disappointing as it was for a present for my sister. Very expensive for this quality! I printed better picture from my printer and replaced theirs.
