“Received my pad and refill. The package was destroyed upon arrival. The pen I ordered was not in the box. The refills had the ends of the paper crumbled up. I sent an email immediately to their email and explained the situation with the packaging and loss of the pen. They said they would send the pen that I ordered... several days later I received a pen (not the one I ordered). But no paper refills! I love the note pad but not sure I will order again! Disappointing!”

“The products are amazing however I had a problem with the customs, lots of paperwork to complete & had to pay 96€. 'NOTEBOOKS' were written on the packaging & invoice which made them think they were computers. May I suggest that you investigate going though Amsterdam with your European orders & make them.....office paper or paper books.”

“The products are very beautiful. The customer service staff are very kind, helpful and quick to respond. They discounted 10% of what I had paid because the package arrived damaged due to the courier's fault. The courier is the only negative note, it took them ages to deliver the package, the customer service of Royal Mail is impossible to contact and their website always has problems tracking packages. Compliments instead to Martha Brook”

“Lovely, good quality book (reading journal) bought as a gift for a friend's special birthday. I wanted to personalise it with her name, but unfortunately the company couldn't print a letter with an accent. They were good at replying to me when I asked this question. However, I didn't want her name to be incorrect, so I opted for her initials instead. That's the only reason I've given it 4* rather than 5*”

“First time buyer bought a diary with added extras pen and holder however accessories were missing. I was disappointed about this as it’s my first time purchasing from the company and attention to detail was lacking from the order details, I rang the company immediately and they apologised and are posting out the missing accessories immediately. The product is of good quality and I’m looking forward to using the diary!”

“Happy with the book and box. The parcel was posted through my letter box with force and landed with a thud! I was worried, but the book was ok. However I was surprised there was no warning i.e handle with care. I think that would made the postman be more gentle. Also it was a good job it wasn’t raining as it could have got wet. I was expecting the packaging would be a bit better perhaps a more luxurious inner packing as it’s such a special gift. Thanks.”
