Lovely, good quality book (reading journal) bought as a gift for a friend's special birthday. I wanted to personalise it with her name, but unfortunately the company couldn't print a letter with an accent. They were good at replying to me when I asked this question. However, I didn't want her name to be incorrect, so I opted for her initials instead. That's the only reason I've given it 4* rather than 5*
