Shoddy product. When they couldn't personalize it as requested they didn't notify me, just went ahead and used an incompressible version of my name. Said they would charge me for a corrected product.

This looks like something I printed at home myself on a cheap printer. The print quality is awful and the way the personalised label is stuck on the box was done poorly. Not suitable for a gift. I’d recommend just making this yourself, would probably come out better quality for a fraction of the price. £13 + postage is not worth a cheap label stuck on a small card box & 10 cheap small cards inside If you complain you are expected to pay the cost to return

I was very surprised at my purchase of a diary. I felt the paper was of poor quality and the vegan leather cover which I felt, was not finished to a very good standard. The diary cost £35 and I expected something better. I have given it to my great neice to use in school.

Advent calendar. My poor mother got scammed by its pretty packaging. The insides were all low quality temu items. Two fountain pens with no ink, a ribbon, a plastic ruler to put in a notebook (the notebook wasn't included) all of the pictures on the cards were low resolution and blurry, a plastic star that was backwards, two plastic wax seals that was already pealing. Nobody wants to see the utter disappointment on their mothers face when they realises they just got scammed right before Christmas.

Advent calendar. got one as a gift and one for myself. the packaging was very pretty. But what was inside was very disappointing Two ‘ fountain pens’ with no instruction and no ink. bits of plastic , two plastic acorns?? a plastic star?? cheap looking papers and a few paper clips. i was so appalled i gave the other person a gift card to get something nice. This was maybe a twenty dollar value, which cost me fifty dollars each!

Low quality paper, arranged in misaligned stacks within the bind. Poor print on front of journal, not a sharp edge, looks and feels cheap all over. At this price (>£30) I feel pretty ripped off. can't understand other reviews so pleased with the quality, maybe I got a one-off. So much for buying from an independent online seller, I'll have to find a last minute replacement on the high street. This one has gone in the recycling.

Inside of box damaged by metal pin of book. Not noticeable until you take the book out. Disappointing, as a birthday present-had to put tissue paper underneath. Customer services refunded the box! No gesture of goodwill. Disappointing.
