“Normally really good but last notebook I ordered wasn't as good quality - cover was misaligned and embossing not as deep as usual. I did email customer service first but they essentially said I just need to move the cover and that the embossing doesn't show up as well on Teal, but obviously I tried moving the cover and it didn't align - I wouldn't have emailed them if it was easily fixable, and the embossing is clearly less deep than my other notebooks. It's a shame because they're normally super high quality but this one was a bit of a dud.”

“Martha Brook's website really enthused me when I was looking for a nice, affordable pen as part of a friend's birthday present. Lovely stationery, well presented and at sensible prices. However, my order took over a week to arrive and I only got one of the two pens I ordered. Nice pen, my friend loved it but I'm afraid I won't be buying from this company again 🙁”

“I ordered the 2024 stationary advent calendar. The packaging was beautiful but alas it was clearly where all the money was spent. The contents were a bit disappointing. Some days had nice contents but then some things like 4 cheap cardboard bookmarks (admittedly pretty) in a row with no tassels was a let down. Or the days where it was a single sheet of card with things like "Put a bow on it". Sad. I feel less money should be spent on the packaging and more on the contents. I was very excited by the idea of a stationary calendar and did enjoy some of the contents (tape, stick on seal w/tree, tiny note pad, Christmas sticker) but am unlikely to buy again. I can understand that others may have different likes/dislikes and may not share my opinion. I am glad that I purchased this advent calendar as it was different but just didn't have enough in the contents to make me purchase again. Note that delivery was late due to Canadian postal strike but that is not the vendor's fault so I have put Not applicable for delivery.”

“Very pleased with the pencil case. Just very dissatisfied with the fake Martha brook advent calendar purchased from another site. I know it’s not this companies fault but total waste of £30. Writing this for others to be aware of where to buy”

“Overall nice product but I paid 160 Euro for the advent calendar and it arrived with a few scratches and knits. Also it was said it will be send out staring 28.10 but arrived way earlier. Luckily somebody could take it instead of me so it was not send back as I was on holidays.”

“The card received had an error with the spelling and when highlighting this I really did not need all the justification around the reasons why mistakes happen and comparisons drawn etc. When you are purchasing something that is of a higher value then things really need to be carefully checked and considered. Yes, they did send out another wheel but why not just send out another card rather than having your customer having to prize apart and then replace the wheel with the correctly written one? No mention of anything else other than just a replacement wheel so like for like even though the fault lay with the company. The product itself in terms of the card was good and the pen was pretty tacky and hence the 3 stars as on this occasion due to the way in which the matter was dealt with for a higher end product and could have been better if you want to keep your customer base loyal.”

“The notebook is beautiful quality but I was really disapointed with the personalisation - you could barely make out the initials, almost like they weren't pressed properly.”
