Normally really good but last notebook I ordered wasn't as good quality - cover was misaligned and embossing not as deep as usual. I did email customer service first but they essentially said I just need to move the cover and that the embossing doesn't show up as well on Teal, but obviously I tried moving the cover and it didn't align - I wouldn't have emailed them if it was easily fixable, and the embossing is clearly less deep than my other notebooks. It's a shame because they're normally super high quality but this one was a bit of a dud.
