First time buyer bought a diary with added extras pen and holder however accessories were missing. I was disappointed about this as it’s my first time purchasing from the company and attention to detail was lacking from the order details, I rang the company immediately and they apologised and are posting out the missing accessories immediately.
The product is of good quality and I’m looking forward to using the diary!
