The products are very beautiful. The customer service staff are very kind, helpful and quick to respond. They discounted 10% of what I had paid because the package arrived damaged due to the courier's fault. The courier is the only negative note, it took them ages to deliver the package, the customer service of Royal Mail is impossible to contact and their website always has problems tracking packages.
