Received my pad and refill. The package was destroyed upon arrival. The pen I ordered was not in the box. The refills had the ends of the paper crumbled up. I sent an email immediately to their email and explained the situation with the packaging and loss of the pen. They said they would send the pen that I ordered... several days later I received a pen (not the one I ordered). But no paper refills! I love the note pad but not sure I will order again! Disappointing!
