Package was lost, I had to contact the post office, write 3-4 times to ask for a solution. Many explanations and delay in delivery. Much wasted time. I didn't find the quality advent calendar, pens broken after very little use, same pattern on everything otherwise not very Christmassy, notes, cards, bookmarks all identical. Boring and cheap without any particular research, apart from 3-4 pieces. Disappointing (for me).
