“Excellent shopping experience with this company. Orders are always sent very quickly, even those containing personalised items. I paid extra for a presentation box, but was also thrilled to receive additional wrapping which made the present very special for my friend.”

“Received my pad and refill. The package was destroyed upon arrival. The pen I ordered was not in the box. The refills had the ends of the paper crumbled up. I sent an email immediately to their email and explained the situation with the packaging and loss of the pen. They said they would send the pen that I ordered... several days later I received a pen (not the one I ordered). But no paper refills! I love the note pad but not sure I will order again! Disappointing!”
