My items arrived and were as expected. I am a repeat customer. However my parcel which was handed over to me by the postman at my door was quite soggy. The dampness had sadly seeped through onto my stationery and it was somewhat spoiled. One item had been purchased for a gift which was unfortunate. The items are lovely and excellent quality but I am saddened and disappointed in the way they arrived.
