Poor customer service … no communication from sales team. Products most of the time are good but a bit hit and miss with protective wrapping etc and the metal swarf not being cleaned out of the profile before wrapping.
They have one guy Phil Perkins who is excellent and should be running the company … he’s the only reason I stay with Matara.
