We had a problem with the settee we had bought as part of the Santorini set. After contacting Maze Living we were told they would replace the settee but it would have to be ordered and could take up to 12 weeks. We were then contacted by Elizabeth from Customer Services and she has been superb in keeping us informed. The new settee arrived eventually but this had the same problem (dodgy leg). Elizabeth immediately decided to send us a complete new set of furniture and it arrived today in perfect condition. We can't praise Elizabeth enough. Throughout this saga she has been kind and courteous and she is a credit to the company.
