BUYER BEWARE!
We purchased an outdoor dining set at the end of summer 2023. On delivery, we noticed there was a large chip in the table top. We contacted Maze immediately, who reassured us that they would sort a replacement table top. We have had to chase every single step of the way. It's 6 months later and we are still no closer to getting it replaced. Customer service is shocking. Full of empty promises and no useful information. They take no responsibility, blaming delivery or their suppliers, when it is with Maze that I have made the purchase.
