Please take the time to read the reviews on this company before you purchase. I wish I had! I ordered garden furniture and paid in full – only for the company to send HALF the order to the delivery company. I’ve received NOTHING. They’ve been completely uncontactable, taking no responsibility and instead blaming the courier – despite the fact that they never shipped the full order in the first place. The rest of the order? Apparently in stock, yet they have NO IDEA why it wasn’t dispatched. The level of communication is appalling, and their customer service is frankly non-existent. After chasing and getting nowhere, I finally cancelled the order – and now they’re trying to charge me a CANCELLATION FEE. For an order they didn’t even deliver. I’m absolutely disgusted. What makes it worse? I was about to place a second, higher-value order in the hope that I might have “better luck next time.” That won’t be happening – ever. This company is a joke. Disorganised, unprofessional, and happy to take your money with no intention of fulfilling their end of the deal. DO NOT TRUST THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
