I've been struggling with PCOS-related cystic acne and hair loss for over a decade. I cannot take birth control pills, and spironolactone made me aging weight. My hair shedding is minimal, and I see some initial hair regrowth on the top of my head, temples, and hairline. It seems that my acne is better.
