I am a woman with very thin and sparse hair and was afraid that my sons would inherit this lousy hair gene. My two sons, 29 and 33, are using this to maintain their full head of hair. It seems to work great for them. They love the smell; they use it with the MDhair scalp serum and see less hair shedding and less dandruff. Highly recommended.
