I received the kit about a week ago. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. So far, no changes that I can see as expected. The shampoo does go far and I find my hair gets tangled from it so I'm continuing with my usual conditioner. The scalp serum helps my hair feel hydrated and smooth even though it technically does not go on the hair. As for the supplement, it's easy to swallow with no recurring taste and the marine powder gets added to my protein shake each morning, again with no weird flavour. Time will tell for how it works
