I recently purchased a Diawa Prorex 400 reel and Power Pro Maxcuatro line for musky fishing. The reel and line are great and I would purchase both again. What was exceptional was the customer service from Meltons. After I placed the order I received a phone call (can’t remember his name) telling me the line was out of stock and my options. Most companies just send an email or put it on back order without telling you. The person that called me was very polite and a joy to speak with on the phone. Thank you
