Ordered a computer and had some issues, decided to return that one and order a new one after consulting the customer support (phone support was more polite and actually helpful, unlike e-mail).
Fast delivery (arrived 3-4 days after ordering), tidy packaging and easy setup.
Returning the first computer also went without any problems.
