Globally I'm not satisfied because I ordered early december and due to issues today I don't have any working Computer but happy in same time because MemoryPC respect their retractation policy and globally it was smooth. They refund me 1 week after my notification (3 days after the receive back the computer). Pro: - Good packaging - Retractation process respected and smooth - Info mail is answering quickly - cable manage was good - competitive price Cons: - Support availability: My computer had issue day 1. After on week I had to initiate retractation process due to absence of solution. Support team are completly underwater and it was impossible to get answer in reasonable delay. - Time to deliver: But they are transparent with this and I accept this constraint because the price was attractive I think i had no luck with this order and they are overbook with aftersales related to christmas period. I decided to rate 4 thanks to the return process but sadly I loose many time because of this issue.
