Message Direct are a very important part of my team. They answer the phone when we can't. 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They take the call and email the office and myself within 2 minutes. The system works great and the clients love it. It also gives me some rest time before we signed up with Message direct all the calls went to my mobile!
