I ordered the Tisa Freedom Ceos mask with corrective bi-focal lenses. Delivery was fairly quick however more care should have been taken in preparing the mask as the lenses had been fitted incorrectly. This resulted in the corrective parts being at the top of the mask instead of the bottom. Vinnie from Tusa customer care was very helpful and worked out that the lenses had been fitted with the right lens on the left side etc. rather than return the mask I changed the lenses to their correct location. More care should be taken with fitting and preparing such an important/expensive piece of kit.
