The product could not be delivered at the address requested and DHL left it at a collection point. However no leaflet was left in the door, and no text or email was received. Jennifer tracked down where to collect it from and eventually the collection point agreed to accept that her email stating as long as two forms of id they could release the package .
Without her intervention, the parcel would have been returned and given it was for a birthday present, I may have cancelled the order completely and bought something locally.
