had issues in trying to order online. It ended up that your team rep had to place the order for me. She was great. However, my comments and the rating pertain to the fact that I could not order the items myself as a practitioner in order to get the discount. And because of that, whenever I log in, my purchase will not show up. That is a disconnect that is very unsatisfactory.
