I recently emailed Miridia because we needed to replace some equipment. Nick responded immediately and was able to get us the replacement piece. The entire process was seamless and so incredibly quick! Thanks for your help!

Meridian tech is an amazing company. They make state of the art equipment that really strengthens my treatments as an acupuncturist. Whenever, I’ve had an issue, they have been very responsive. I highly recommend Miridia!

I am a veterinarian who uses acupuncture. I purchased the EAI equipment after doing some coursework with Dr Jeremy Steiner. It is not uncommon to not be taken seriously when veterinarians are in a human medicine environment. I have to say that I have had the most wonderful experience with both Miridia Acupuncture Technology and with Electroacupuncture Institute. The communication has been extraordinarily helpful and courteous. My equipment is in transit as I type this review. Now my work begins translating human training and equipment to species with different anatomy. My patients have more teeth, more ribs and thoracic vertebrae and more lumbar vertebrae. They all have much longer tails. I am hoping for the same degree of support as I embark on this exciting journey.

I, unfortunately, lost my Jade back heating pad on a road trip when I left it on the roof of my car. I purchased the new battery run one ( as the wired/plug in one was no longer being made). The battery is short lived between charges and certainly made me glad I didnt invest in yet another one. I’ve owned similar type battery packs and they lasted far longer between charges. I unfortunately went into surgery and am currently still in recovery so haven’t had the time to look into returning it, and also needing to research something else to replace it. So, I am using it, as it’s all I have to get by with right now. I’m even more sad now, knowing that I won’t be able to get the original, which I would have purchased in a heartbeat. That one, I absolutely loved!

We needed to contact Miridia about a technical challenge and they helped us troubleshoot the problem. They actually sent us a replacement charger for our unit to see if that would resolve the problem and, so far that has taken care of it. We are going to monitor this for 30 days but believe that will be the end of it. Nick was the one who answered the call and followed up immediately. So refreshing to have responsive customer service. I have been a customer of Miridia Technology for several years now. I am always impressed by the company's desire to offer excellent service. Each time I had an inqury or a problem they always respond efficiently and always made me feel that excellent customer service is their primary goal. They sell products like so many companies. But the one thing that makes them stand out is that they look at every item they sell, and they make sure that they are the best quality. Then they offer classes to enhance your experience with the product you bought. By far the best company ever!!!

It has been a great experience with this company, truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. They answer very quickly and are extremely helpful. Best customer service! Truly top notch at addressing my concerns and going above and beyond to troubleshoot some product issues I had. Dr. Larsen and team were patient, helpful and honest. They fixed my issues in a timely manner too!
