Miridia is nothing short of excellent in customer service and equipment quality. Whenever I have an issue, they deal with it immediatly and with great results! I am a lifetime customer for a reason!

OMG! These people are amazing in all areas but especially in their customer service. I don't think I've ever dealt with such nice and helpful people!! I "thought" something was wrong with my AcuGraph that was only a week old so I put in a service request but they called me right away and guided me on how to get it going again. Then they upgraded my shipping (for free!) because the postal service I chose was too slow and emailed me with suggestions for future shipping. Wonderful people!

I noticed a 15% price increase at the start of the sale. I understand doing this as a marketing practice, but it feels disingenuous.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how important transparency is, and I’d like to clarify the recent price change. Due to rising manufacturing costs, we had to adjust prices for our lasers. However, since we still have some stock available at the previous acquisition cost, we’re passing those savings along during this sale. Prices did not increase across all products—only the lasers were affected.

I was waiting for my pad to arrive and try it, I'm sure it will be great. The web pages have failed me big time, every time I tried to log into my Miridia account and see the learning portal it asks me again to log in, when I try to log into the learning portal it doesn't recognize me and asked me to create another account- Not also this page gives e issue but the Jade Vitality page doesn't work as well. You have been great through emails and chat, so I will use these means if I need to. Thank you, I am excited about my new product.

I spoke with Jenny. She was more than nice. She was friendly, helpful; even kind. She needed some personal information from me, and throughout the short time spent supplying her with that info, I was treated with the greatest respect by her. If everyone at Miridia carries herself/himself like Jenny, then that must be an incredible place to work.
