When I phoned Miridia, it was to inquire about electrode clips to attach to my microcurrent machine. I had been searching the internet for this gem for probably over two years! Looking at them, I wondered, "How can these clips possibly connect to an acupuncture needle?" Nick answered the phone, patiently listened to my inquiry, promptly all of my questions, and kindly inivted me to call back if I needed any other assistance. As soon as we hung up, I ordered the needle electrode adapter online. Shortly after, I received an email that my order had shipped! The same day. I received my package yesterday and have now spent my second day with my new tool. Thank you Nick. Thank you Miridia. You may hear from me real soon. GREAT service!

Not only has the Miridia team life-and-practice changing products, but their customer service is top-notch. I felt heard and l loved how flexible they were in finding a solution tailored to where I am in my professional career. I'm using AcuGraph and Auriculo 360 daily and couldn't be happier!

Recently purchased the QiPulse 635 nM red laser to try on my painful knee. Pleasantly surprised that use of the laser pen has helped with my knee pain. Now I want to learn more about pressure points!

Your stag help has been great but I would have appreciated advice to buy the package drat. Having problems loving in to live nine and getting information slowly cost me a lot more money. To be informed at the beginning could have helped. Thanks KTie

You only find out how good the service is when things go wrong, two products broke within one week. Send them and the same day they received them, they were repaired/replaced and returned.
