I purchased this unit for a dog I had that was having knee issues. I wasn't able to use it because surgery was his only option, he had a torn acl. So I stored the unit in the box. I now have a new dog who is having some issues so thought I would give it a try. I pulled out the unit, it would not turn on. No problem, I pulled out the charger and charged it. The unit blinked on and turned right back off. I contacted Miridia and they suggested a new charger so I did that. I got the new charger, charged for over 2 hours, same with the unit it blocks and turns back off. The company's response was sorry it may be out of the units lifespan. So basically, it cost a fortune and has a short life span.

Tammy, we absolutely want to make sure that your experience with us is a good one. The Photizos do come with a 1 year manufactures warranty, so sorry that it had passed by the time the issue arose.

i still waiting for my order because of fedex taxe problem to get it in france. I don't have taxe number in france so i haven't my laser!!!! if u cannot sell in france just bring my money back!!!

Hello Denis, Thank you for your feedback. We have shipped to France before without a problem. Some countries have restrictions on imports of certain goods or have import requirements. We make our best efforts to let you know if there will be any issues with the goods you have purchased, but we cannot be responsible for the laws of your country or the decisions of your customs officials, which is why we have all international orders sign a customs form so you are aware before we ship. Can you tell customs it is a personal use product and not related to a company? Do you need additional documentation from us? Let us know what we can do to help you. Hi Joel, We are so sorry that it has taken this long with the Preordered EAM Pointoselect units. We did not anticipate these long delays when we first opened up the presale. We did just receive our stock and are busy testing units and shipping all of the back orders. Staff have been working late nights to catch up. We packed your order 12/30 evening and your order was picked up by Fedex today. An email with tracking info has been sent. Thank you for your extreme patience and again our sincere apologies for the long wait. Please let us know what you think of the units when you receive them. We hope you get amazing results with them!
