OMG! These people are amazing in all areas but especially in their customer service. I don't think I've ever dealt with such nice and helpful people!!
I "thought" something was wrong with my AcuGraph that was only a week old so I put in a service request but they called me right away and guided me on how to get it going again. Then they upgraded my shipping (for free!) because the postal service I chose was too slow and emailed me with suggestions for future shipping. Wonderful people!
