We needed to contact Miridia about a technical challenge and they helped us troubleshoot the problem. They actually sent us a replacement charger for our unit to see if that would resolve the problem and, so far that has taken care of it. We are going to monitor this for 30 days but believe that will be the end of it.
Nick was the one who answered the call and followed up immediately.
So refreshing to have responsive customer service.
