Meridia Tech folks are the best! Recently I needed a cable replacement for my Acugraph. I packed up my old cables to send back to them and did not realize a personal item of my partner was still in the envelope. The technicians at Miridia found it, carefully set it aside, and returned it to me with my new cables. Most companies would not have bothered. They rate a five all the way around!
