Nick's support was outstanding - he was quick to understand the issue and the fact that I was not based in the US (I am in India) - and to provide a solution accordingly. He further helped me by upgrading my shipping by USPS to priority, which really helped since the cost of shipping was exceeding the cost of the charger itself if I went with that option myself.
