Purchase went very well. I received the product in Canada within 10 days, which was better than expected. Tracking was very good and easy to follow, and there were no Customs issues. I purchased a DVD, and suggest you offer a download option. This would cut out the shipping/delivery process etc. Also many current computers in Canada do not have DVD players, fortunately I have a player from the past.
